We recognized the need for an enterprise-grade solution that is both flexible, scalable and capable of broad use. Our technology can be deployed in any language and is capable of interfacing with the latest remote monitoring devices and wearables.

The EcoSoft Health team applied our proprietary Customer Relationship Management software to the needs of the healthcare industry. Our expertise in helping companies improve their relationships with customers drove our design of a technology solution to help healthcare providers manage patient relationships. The result is a robust and configurable solution capable of providing benefits to all members of the healthcare delivery ecosystem.

  • Jay Fruin, Founder and CEO

    Jay is a technology visionary with a long history of leveraging technology trends and applying them to challenging business needs. Armed with an extensive background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and in scalable enterprise software, Jay envisioned a software platform for patient engagement. With advice from healthcare professionals, Jay designed EcoSoft Health to improve patient outcomes, assist with audit and compliance mandates and address population health needs. Jay is a graduate of St. John's University in New York.

  • Richard Siena, Chief Architect

    As the Chief Architect for EcoSoft Health, Richard brings deep expertise and a keen focus on developing high-reliability reusable technology. He seamlessly combines his business acumen with his technology skills to create game-changing business tools. In addition to his work at EcoSoft Health, Richard has developed enterprise solutions for a number of Wall Street and Telecommunications companies. Richard is a graduate of Hofstra University.

  • Mark Finkel, Strategic Advisor

    Over a period of the past twenty-five years, Mark has worked as an Executive with high-growth technology companies in Silicon Valley and on the East Coast, resulting in four IPO’s and a number of M&A exits. He has also acted as a Consultant or acting Executive for over twenty companies. Mark serves as a Board member for a number of technology companies. Mark is strong both in strategic orientation and operational execution.

    James is a skilled IT professional with a broad scope of business and technical expertise and a long history of successful customer engagements. James has been instrumental in working with customers to ensure successful program roll-outs. He brings strong business analysis and project management skills to the full life-cycle of each project engagement. James is a graduate of Pomona College in California.
