The offering enables healthcare providers to improve care provided at all levels: individual providers, sites of care, medical groups and entire provider networks. This automated system provides the tools needed to administer a variety of CAHPS surveys and comply with CMS reporting mandates. Surveys can be delivered to patients both remotely and on-site.
The EcoSoft Health Survey Software Tools survey patients using email and specialized PIN-protected web pages. Survey responses are recorded individually by patient. Captured survey data are readily available for dashboard analysis by appropriate members of your provider ecosystem. All results are downloadable for off-line analysis and compliance reporting. Results are immediately available to help identify strengths and weaknesses and to target areas for improvement. Providers can utilize our automated technology to deliver patient surveys on-site via tablet devices or through traditional call center strategies.
